The Institute of Photographic Chemical Industry was transformed into a company and officially entered China Lucky Film Group Co., Ltd., becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group. "Experimental Factory" was renamed Shenyang Lucky Fine Chemical Factory.

The photographic organic production base was completed in Shenyang Economic & Technology Development Zone. Shenyang Lucky Fine Chemical Factory changed its name to Lucky (Shenyang) Technology Industry Co., Ltd.
